Vendor On-Time to Dock — Raw Data

One row per PO's earliest dock arrival this year (SharePoint receiving list), matched to the vendor's committed ship date (ERP PO_SHIP_DATE, closed POs) by PO number. On-time = arrival ≤ ship date + the tolerance below (covers ship-out + transit). Days vs Ship is calendar days from ship date to arrival (negative = early). No matching PO rows are arrivals with no closed-PO ship date in the ERP cache — PO still open, ship date before the cache window, or a PO-number mismatch — shown for audit but not scored.
