Within SLA = shipped same or next day (≤ 1), or a consolidation invoice (more than one distinct linked sales order — scheduled shipments picked and staged across the week, then combined), which meets SLA regardless of span. Pick start is the [REQPICK] stamp when present; rows marked est. (created) fall back to DATE_CREATED (only stamped since ~Jun 2026). Rows where post precedes the pick start (negative days) are shown but excluded from the score. The card shows the latest month; filter to a month to match it.
